So long as you have food in your mouth, you have solved all questions for the time being – Franz Kafka
Are you a Higher Degree Research student or an early career researcher? Is your research food related? Do you have an interest in creating a common-sense, fair and sustainable food system? One that is resilient and can meet challenges such as climate change, population growth and inequitable resource distribution? Are you curious how people in other disciplines might be tackling similar research problems? You are not alone. We are many. And as it becomes increasingly apparent that new knowledge generation to solve life’s wicked problems will be dependent on interdisciplinary research, it’s time we met! So come along to this informal evening, and meet other food-obsessed HDR students from Griffith University, UQ and QUT in a friendly and relaxed environment.
