Event Description

In this class we will be making pear, ginger and lemon jam, with a pickled vegetable demonstration (and several recipes) and give tastings of the jam with some of our homemade ginger beer!

You will get a jar of jam (or pickles) to take home, plus all the class recipes and extra jars in our preserving pack (included in the $35 class fee).
