Event Description

It can be difficult to know how to engage with the fair food community in a meaningful and fulfilling way, which is why we will be bringing together many of the diverse organisations working together in the fair food space to show you how and where you can apply your interests and skills.
With presentations from Open Food Network AustraliaFarmer Incubator,Australian Food Sovereignty AllianceCERES Environment ParkFair Food Challenge and more, you will learn about:
· What these organisations are about
· Any upcoming events or projects they are working on
· Volunteer and internship vacancies
· The variety of skills you will be able to apply and gain from working with each organisation

If you are a young person wanting to understand or get involved in the fair food space, we invite you to come along and get chatting! This event will be a great opportunity to network with members of the community – new and old – and talk about all things fair food.
Venue central to Melbourne CBD to be annouced.

This event will be running on the final night of Fair Food Week, to ensure all that new-found interest doesn’t just end as the week does!
